Blackmore works closely with executives in identifying acquisition opportunities - usually companies not on the open market. We work with the executive to formulate a compelling and unique deal thesis, by advising executives both on appropriate acquisition targets and on raising the necessary institutional capital to fund the acquisition. Our goal is to match the executive with either private equity or strategic investors who share the same short-term and long-term goals and from whom the executive can raise the required capital.
Working with Blackmore, executives also gain exposure to significant consulting opportunities, as well as the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors of an acquired MMC, and enhance their industry profile and industry networking exposure.
