Michael D. Matteo
During his nine years as chief operations executive for ThreeSixty Sourcing – a company that nearly tripled sales and became the world’s #1 sourcing company for consumer hard goods – Mike Matteo achieved distinction as an international expert in sourcing and supply-chain management. In successive challenging assignments with Nukote, Black & Decker and Fiskars, Mr. Bazan rejuvenated multiple global manufacturing operations, built more productive management teams and initiated process improvements along with product innovations that improved revenues and profits by tens of millions of dollars.

Before working with Blackmore as an Executive Adviser to identify and acquire a mid-market mechanical contracting company, Kevin was a Business Development Director in Johnson Control’s Commercial Energy Solutions Group where he was responsible for the development, financing and implementation of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects for large commercial real estate and Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to his time at Johnson Controls Kevin spent four years as a Vice President at Grant Capital Management, a boutique finance firm that specialized in providing capital for large scale energy efficiency projects.
