Kevin Allen
Before working with Blackmore as an Executive Adviser to identify and acquire a mid-market mechanical contracting company, Kevin was a Business Development Director in Johnson Control’s Commercial Energy Solutions Group where he was responsible for the development, financing and implementation of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects for large commercial real estate and Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to his time at Johnson Controls Kevin spent four years as a Vice President at Grant Capital Management, a boutique finance firm that specialized in providing capital for large scale energy efficiency projects. Before working in sustainability, Kevin was the founder and CEO of New World Science and Technology, a bioinformatics company that he lead to acquisition. Kevin also spent several years in Banking at both Smith Barney and PNC Capital Markets. Kevin has a BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA in Finance/M&A from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University, and a JD from The University of Chicago. Kevin is also a LEED Green Associate certified professional.
T. Casey Fleming
Casey is an internationally recognized growth and turnaround executive who has worked with a wide variety of complex global companies including many of the Fortune 500. He has a unique combination of line management experience including CEO, SVP, EVP and GM roles coupled with extensive management consulting depth. Casey has held executive roles with Deloitte Consulting, IBM Global Services, and Oracle Corporation as well as emerging and venture-backed firms. Shawn Brown
Shawn Brown has 25+ years senior management experience in all aspects of sales and marketing, operations, finance, and human resources. Key to his initial learning and success was 20 years developing and honing strategic skills in the highly competitive consumer packaged goods and hospitality industry. Leading numerous teams in the Western Canadian launch of many of today’s most recognizable consumer brands, Shawn's success was immediate and significant. Accepting positions in key transportation and logistics initiatives led to the position of General Manager of Shred-it International's Edmonton branch in which he turned the lowest performing branch into the company's number one performing branch worldwide, in less than 2 years.
Shawn's career was further punctuated as co-developer, and Senior Managing Partner of WebbCo International Inc., an Edmonton, Alberta based company specializing in assisting new companies develop and launch in the lucrative Alberta and Western Canadian / Canadian market place. The business morphed into a dynamic real estate venture capital firm and Shawn was instrumental in negotiating the sale of it to one of the G.C.C.’s leading real estate development firms.

Paul Bujak
Paul Bujak exhibits a multitude of experience in both the insurance and retail industries. He is currently the President, CEO, and founder of an insurance brokerage that distributes life, health, critical illness, and long term care product lines to clients in all 50 states. Newell has extensive corporate and Wall Street experience in developing comprehensive strategies for M&A and private equity. Newel has worked on a domestic and international basis with investment banking. Formerly, he was Senior Managing Director of Northeast/Mid-Atlantic operations for an international advisory firm where he worked with clients as a strategist and advisor of high net worth and ultra high net worth families and companies in devising solutions to their problems and exit strategies. Also, Newell worked with some top names in the wealth management and financial services industry. He has extensive mergers and acquisitions management, corporate and investment banking experience in developing solutions to problems.
Prior to going to Wall Street, Newell was an automotive executive in both the domestic and international divisions for almost two decades

Scott Thurn
Scott Thurn is a Multidisciplinarian in Printing and Packaging from the Rochester Institute of Technology with 24 years of total Manufacturing experience with 12 years of those years in Engineering beginning with factory Press Manufacturing Training in Germany, and Operations Management starting with his small family operation in Cincinnati. Scott has managed Custom/Individual process creations, and Lean manufacturing methods throughout the value-stream to include distribution or fulfillment covering FDA, and USDA, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, and Consumer goods product requirements for Venture Capitol, Start-up, and Shareholder organizations.
Scott has experience managing multiple sites, with a referenced history of growth and profitability managing many brands, and fiber and film product launches requiring Offset, Flexo, Digital, and Screen Printing manufacturing methods under strict global regulations and rigorous client quality expectations requiring further depth in secondary/external value-stream innovations and cost savings. Scott leverages Business Management, Total Quality Management, Engineering, and Lean Six Sigma methods as a means of producing innovative products, and solutions with reduced variance for gains in margin, and sustained client, and community partnerships.
