History

Blackmore Partners was founded in 2006 by Gerald O'Dwyer (Managing Director) with the goal of advising companies and executives in developing the skill sets required for implementing new strategic initiatives as part of a merger or aquisition. We currently focus on assisting seasoned executives looking to complete a LBO, MBO, or restructuring of a target firm, along with raising the required capital from private equity funds. Over the past five years we have developed the client base and skill set to work with senior executives looking to purchase a specific company, introducing the executive to institutional financing sources to provide the capital for the transaction.

The Blackmore team is experienced in advising, consulting, operations, execution of mergers and aquisitions, and raising private equity. We have advised on the raising of private capital in excess of $500 million and have been involved in packaging over 45 mergers and acquisitions.
