Restructuring

Blackmore Partners provides a wide variety of restructuring options to healthy or distressed companies. These services cover: company and asset valuations (through the partnership with the investment-bank Akin Bay), enhancing corporate liquidity, increasing the equity base, increasing options for working capital financing, or restructuring the existing debt or equity with lenders/investors. Blackmore’s goal is to work to find the optimum balance among the many types of debts and equity options which best suit a company’s operating needs, and the form of recapitalization that meets those needs.
