Michael J. Mahoney, Managing Director, was formerly with Wind Point Partners, a Chicago based private equity firm. He joined Wind Point as Chief Financial Officer in 1997 and became an Operating Partner in 2005. During his tenure at Wind Point, Mr. Mahoney served as a Director of three portfolio companies and was involved in numerous restructuring assignments. Previously, Mr. Mahoney was from 1989 to 1997 with PBM Industries, an automotive supplier and a former Wind Point Portfolio company, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and later as Vice President and General Manager. Prior to joining PBM, Mr. Mahoney served 16 years in a number of financial and operating positions in manufacturing entities of Johnson Controls and Eaton Corporation. Mr. Mahoney holds a BA from Western Michigan University. He also served in the U.S. Army prior to attending WMU.

Recently Dean was the CEO of WorkflowOne, a $700M marketing services distributor/manufacturer leading a successful turnaround. He was the CEO of a high growth consumer products startup and the general manager of a $100 million business services unit. Early in his career he was a strategy and operational performance improvement consultant at AlixPartners and Ernst & Young (National Leader of Consumer Products, National Leader of Merger Integration).
